On the one hand, it is maybe because the unwinding device's hydraulic pressure tightens and the output circuit of the solenoid valve fails, so that the electromagnet can not operate normally. For this reason, it is necessary to check the circuit diagram and exam whether the output fuses of the solenoid valve are burned or not, if they are damaged, replace them in time.

On the other hand, it is because the oil pressure of the tightener of the unwinding head is so small that the tension mechanism wears, which makes the tension piece loose and can not function normally. It can be seen from this point that the hydraulic oil in the equipment must be replaced regularly to maintain a good consistency, and we should also strengthen the maintenance of the unwinding head to avoid the occurrence of the problem.
