After the beam is pressed and formed, transverse cracks are not allowed at both ends of the beam. The length of the longitudinal crack shall not be greater than 80mm, and the crack shall be welded and smoothed.


After the legs are pressed into shape, the arcs of the legs are not allowed to have transverse cracks. The length of the longitudinal crack shall not be greater than 80mm, and the crack shall be welded and smoothed.
After the beam and legs are formed, the length of the straight line segment of the ends of the beam and the arc end of the legs shall not be greater than 120mm for 18 or 25U steel supports, and no more than 80mm for 29 or 36U steel supports.

Welding requirements:
The welding of base plate and column leg should be kept perpendicular, and its vertical deviation should not be greater than 2mm.
The leg can be welded with short material, the position of the weld should be below the arc of the leg, more than 100mm straight line part, the weld should do bending, tensile strength test, its strength must not be lower than raw material strength.
Assembly requirements:

After assembly, the total height and total width should meet the design requirements. The total height error is plus or minus 1% of the bracket size, and the total width error is plus or minus 2% of the bracket size.
After the bracket is assembled, the joint length should meet the design requirements, and the length error of the joint should be plus or minus 5%.
After assembly, the entire plane shall not be greater than 20mm.


Inspection methods
Inspection of dimension tolerance with steel ruler, steel tape or caliper.
The beam and leg arc should be inspected with the sample, and the size error of the sample and design shall not be greater than 0.5mm.
After the scaffold is assembled on a flat plate (or flat), measure the flatness of the two sides with a steel ruler.
The Angle between the column leg and the base surface, and the Angle ruler or sample.
Hardness indicators are checked by hardness tester.

When the stent is in normal production, all items should be inspected on a regular basis.
Part inspection unqualified should be qualified.

The inspection of finished products was carried out by random sampling method, with each batch of 100 randomly selected one, 101~500 spot check two, and 501 spot check three. If the unqualified is qualified, if the unqualified is redoubled, the unqualified will be judged.
